"I bought my very first car and was looking for a cheap insurance and i was so lucky to find out about State Farm! I talked to Antonio and he is amazing! He explained and took the time to explain to me how insurance works. He never made me feel dumb for asking questions (bcs i have no idea how insurance works hahaha). Even tho he is busy he took the time to talk with me and explain what the coverage on my insurance means. After talking with him he was able to give me a cheap quote and i was so surprised to get that price knowing im a first-time driver. Im soo so happy and i highlyyyy recommend this insurance. "This office has been friendly and accommodating. Never once have I heard a tone of frustration or hurry in any of the agents there. I highly recommend this office, particularly if your searching for classic vehicle insurance. 👌Brittany and her staff are the best.
Don't bother talking to the Gibson Rd. office - the woman that took my call there was rude, short, dismissive, and eager to end the call to say the least."

"6 months ago, my 6-month premium went up significantly with my then insurer, Progressive. I reached out to James from State Farm - Brittany Sud at the time, and he couldn't give me a better rate in that season but told me he'd keep my info and reach out if rates went down in the future. Fast forward another 6 months, and my Progressive premium rose AGAIN! I was dreading having to go insurance shopping, but I got a text a few days ago from James who actually kept my info and kept his promise! He quickly sent me a quote via text, and I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm saving close to $150 a month with auto + renters combined through James at State Farm with equal or greater coverage than I had with my prior Progressive Auto / Farmers Renters arrangement. I literally did a happy dance or two as I told my wife how much we'd be saving!
I'm so glad James remembered me and followed through. He responded to all of my inquiries very promptly and was super easy to work with. If every organization had a James, the world would be a better place. God bless you James, thank you and the Brittany Sud team, you all made my week!"
